Survival hunter is valid only until the end of Ulduar, after that you should not play survival hunter since you would do much less dps with it, I would never recommend using this spec at all for ICC content.

Beastmaster is not a valid dps spec at all in ICC content. It's buffs are neglectable because other better classes can provide them, and your dps is really poor with this spec. I would never recommend to play it in ICC or at all in WoTLK. Use it for PvP beastcleave 3v3 setup.
