Frost 3.3.5 PVE DPS

This is not an available DPS spec for any WOTLK content. However it could be used for some bosses like LK (Deep Freeze and slow Valkyrs) or Valithria where you can CC so many mobs its not worth using a frost mage anyways. The best stuff about a frost mage in raid is that you can pull some big ass crits using Deep Freeze on a boss!
